Terms and Conditions

To secure your payments:

To secure your payments, you must inform Fun Fly Divers about your requests. The company representative will contact you to discuss the arrangements and final settings of these arrangements as he will send you the details of the trip or activity as final confirmation. You must confirm these details and make the required payment, a deposit or the full amounts, as shown in the details of each trip or activity. The payment can be done through electronic transfer or credit card (Visa or Master Card is accepted).

Changes to customer bookings:

Any changes made to the original booking is subject to acceptance or rejection. In case of receiving full payment or issuing a receipt, no administrative fees will be applicable except to the required changes.

Method of payment:

The booking must be made as soon as possible for the required trip or activity in order to confirm. The deposit’s amount should be 25 % of the total price.

Deposits may be made through bank transfer or by sending it through Western Union of by credit card (Visa or Master Card are accepted). The deposit must be paid within 10 days after booking the trip or activity.


1) When deductions couldn’t be merged.

2) Cancellation within 30 days prior to the trip’s date, 20 % of the paid amount will be deducted

3) Cancellation within 15 days prior to the trip’s date, 30 % of the paid amount will be deducted.

4) Cancellation within 7 days prior to the trip’s date, 50 % of the paid amount will be deducted.

5) Cancellation within 5 days prior to the trip’s date, 80 % of the paid amount will be deducted.

6) Cancellation within less than 5 days prior to the trip’s date, 100 % of the total paid amount will be deducted.

7) Terms and conditions applied.


Refunding of the amount to the same account is usually made by using the same method used in the original payment. The refund shall not be made in case of absence of proof of the current booking.

The due amount shall be refunded only through the original method of payment.


The company acts as a provider of leisure activities. It will not be kept responsible for any damage, loss, accidents, delay or violations outside the activities the company provides.

The company can’t be kept responsible for any hurting, disease, damage, loss, accidents, delay or violations resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following reasons: extreme weather conditions (such as storm, flood, earthquake, etc…), acts of God, major powers, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disorders, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical defaults, health quarantine, works or delays, cancellations, or changes made by any hotel, air carrier or other instance. Any additional expenses regarding these reasons cannot be accounted to the company.

Special requests:

If you have any special requests, it is important to inform the company at the time of booking. The company will attempt to respond positively to these requests but cannot guarantee or ensure these special requests as they do not constitute as a part of the contract. The company can only do its best to make these special requests possible. In case it is not possible to respond in a positive way to these special requests, the customer will be informed before the trip.

Children policy:

Children from 6 to 12 years will pay the amount mentioned at the moment of the booking.

Children above 12 years will pay the same amount as an adult.


Tips are highly appreciated by the employees, providing you the best services and comfort during your trip. Tips are not mandatory. If you want to tip a crew or other employees, you are free to do so.


If you have any complaints during your trip or activity in our presence, please inform the company (Fun Fly Divers) immediately in order to resolve the problem rapidly. If you feel that your complaint isn’t completely solved, feel free to contact the company CEO or manager while you are still at the place. We are confident to be able to overcome any problem and to solve any complaint in order to satisfy you.

General Terms of Use:

Arab Republic of Egypt is the country where the company is established.

Any dispute or claim resulting from this website shall be subject and issued as per laws of A.R.E.

If any payment for one of our trip or activity is made through our website, details required to be submitted to the payment provider by you, will be made available by safe contact.

The cardholder should keep a copy of proof of payment, the policies and rules of the merchant (copy of payment receipt).

We accept payment through the internet via credit card or deduction from Visa and Master Card.

Acceptance of deal:

The contract constituted in the company’s acceptance of the customer’s booking, as per terms of booking, represents the full agreement between the customer and the company. Payment of final payment through bank transfer or credit card means that the customer has read and accepted the terms and conditions of the company and accepted to comply with them.
